I started this blog to chronicle my pursuit of getting in shape and transforming my body. I have tried many exercise routines and diet plans over the years and have been a member of various clubs. I have tried infomercial products, good old free weights, and my own self-made regimens.
I have had a good degree of success ( twice!) over the last year and want to talk about transofrming my body, review some of the hyped programs and maybe show how you might transform your body too.
